Eligibility

I am 18 years of age or older.
I am legally authorized to work in the United States.
I consent to a background check as a condition of working on this platform.

Hygiene & Conduct Agreement

While working, I agree to:
  • Wash my hands regularly and use gloves when handling food.
  • Keep the kitchen clean throughout the job and leave it clean when finished.
  • Stay within the agreed work area for the duration of the job.
  • Ask the client's permission before using the bathroom or leaving the work area.
I agree to follow the hygiene and conduct rules above on every job. My rating will reflect how well I follow them.

Cancellation Policy

Accepting a job and then cancelling affects real clients who are counting on you. Your account will be automatically suspended if you reach:
  • 3 consecutive cancellations, or
  • 5 cancellations within 3 months, or
  • 7 cancellations within 6 months
I understand and agree to the cancellation policy above.
